The Line Barracks have issued strict directives for the arrest of former Governor of the Bank of Mauritius (BoM), Harvesh Seegoolam, should he present himself at the arrival or departure counters of Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Airport. He is facing charges of "conspiracy to defraud," according to the circular note signed by Assistant Superintendent of Police Dussoye.
